ITT I need information (The Good, The Bad, The Weird)

This trailer caught my eye on Youtube, and now I'm really trying to figure out 1. How to attain it when it comes out, and 2. Whether or not a GOOD English dub will be made or it will have English subtitles. Any help?

Because it's not like I would search there before coming there?

It's not out in Korea yet, and doesn't have a U.S. distribution deal . If it does well in Korea, it will probably be released in the U.S. later on like "The Host" was. Keep checking entertainment news, e.g. Variety.
