Tulane will probably be sending two teams (maybe more) to this tournament and the Saturday one as well.

ACF Fall Field Update:

Mississippi State (1+, as many as we can fit in and still staff the tournament)
Alabama (2-3)
Louisiana-Lafayette (1-2)
Tulane (5)
Southwest Mississippi CC (1)

There's still space if anyone else wants in.

Congrats to Alabama A for going 10-0 through the field (we made fieldwide decision to nix the 11th game so everyone could get back at a reasonable hour).

Special thanks to Jason Paik for helping read the tournament (and the Saturday one too).

Just in case anyone was wondering, we pretty much had a radiator bust on us in Baton Rouge, so we weren't able to attend. I was rather disappointed, even though it would have been just Joe and I going. (I had the other two cancel on me at the last minute) --

I had made my preps, too. Anyway, hopefully we won't have such dumb luck next time. Hopefully I can convince my favorite quizbowl players that attend my university to come out of their respective retirement cocoons by the time ACF Winter comes around. Yeah, I'm a bit upset that we couldn't go because of that crap.
