I apologize for failing to check this thread earlier. My hotmail account record indicates that I sent the WJ packet to grapesmoker at gmail.com on November 29th. I guess, since it's too late to get the discount, I should just reuse this packet for a tournament with a similar difficulty level?

Hey Daichi, let me check my email because it's entirely possible that I just made a mistake.

Ok, I did in fact receive a packet from Walter Johnson. Consider that added to the list.

With less than a week remaining before the tournament, I would like to request that every tournament director send me an email with the contact information (if different from the that of the TD) of the person who is to receive the packets. This should obviously be a person who isn't going to be playing in the tournament. We are aiming to send out the packets by Friday evening.

For planning purposes, how many finalized packets are going to be in the set?

We are currently planning 17 packets. In principle we could probably produce one more if that's not enough, but I'm not sure I've ever been at a regular-season event where 17 packets did not suffice.

Uh, we are playing our mirror tomorrow, and there is one scheduled at Washington on the 24th.

Terribly sorry-that seems to have escaped my notice.

I'll clear the set for discussion once the mirrors that are set for tomorrow are done. We'll do the same thing we did for Fall, where people at the UW site will be asked not to read the discussion thread.
