Fake ICT II Southwest at Tulsa (4/11/09)

Greetings, everyone! The TU Academic Bowl Team is pleased to announce that we will be running the Fake ICT Southwest mirror on Saturday April 11th in Chapman Hall on the TU campus. This will be an open tournament, so anyone who wishes to compete may do so, though hybrid or mixed-affiliation teams will only be allowed by permission of the TD (me).

This tournament will NOT be packet submission, as all of the questions are being written by Matt Weiner and Andrew Alexander. Also, this will be a timed tournament, so as to prepare teams for ICT in Dallas, though if we do not have enough timers, we will run it un-timed.

Fees and Discounts
Base Fee: $120 (per team)
Operation Buzzer Discount: -$10 (no limit)
Volunteer Discount: -$10 (only if we use them)
Travel Discount: -$5/75 miles (max of -$25)
Timer Discount: -$5 (no limit)
Minimum Fee: $0 (per team)

Due to a lack of teams, the Southwest mirror of Fake ICT II will be postponed until Saturday April 11th. Hopefully, more teams will sign up for a tournament that does not occur during Spring Break.
