women playing solo

Post by dxdtdemon »

I saw that at some tournament this year, Miriam Nussbaum of Cornell played solo. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew of any other female quizbowlers who have played solo at a non-singles tournament.

I can't for the life of me figure out why you consider this important or interesting, but here is a data point: Nina Charap played solo for Emory at ACF Fall (Georgia Tech). Also, I hear Hannah Kirsch is planning to do this at ACF Winter (UGA site).

This thread:

1. sucks
2. is vaguely creepy
3. contributes nothing to history
4. sucks

Bye-bye, thread!
