ACF Regionals Texas (2/21/10)

Texas Quiz Bowl and the University of Texas at Austin will be hosting ACF Regionals on Sunday February 21st, 2010 at UT.

To register, e-mail Chris Romero (romeroc -at- gmail.com) with the number of teams and buzzers. Detailed logistical information regarding exact locations and times will be provided at a future date. Please plan to arrive at UT by 9 a.m.

Tournament Fees are:

Base Fee: $120/team
Buzzer Discount: -$5/set
International: -$20
New ACF Team: -$25
New Quiz Bowl Team: -$75
High School Team: -$50

All ACF policies hold regarding packet submission and packet fees.

LASA won. Other than that, I have no idea what the standings were off the top of my head.

You know what's awesome is when hosts of tournaments do things like post the results of those tournaments and if they can't post stats immediately after, they say something like "stats are coming soon." I love it when that happens!

I never knew that Fall Out Boy was that good at quizbowl. The Mamas and the Papas still had better music though.

Alice in Chains is actually a hybrid of Zach Yeung and LASA B. Rice on the whole was unable to attend thanks to exam week and its corresponding explosion of take-home midterms.
