Spite the Box: A College/Open Meta Packet from ~2015-Present for the Terminally Online

Exactly what it says on the tin--I wrote a college/open meta packet over the summer. I read it after CO to quite a lot of people, but not everybody who might like to hear it did. I will be reading it tonight (October 21st) on Discord at 8 PM Central. There are 10 tossups and 9 bonuses. There is a 99% chance I will not come up with another bonus in the next 5 hours.

The note I wrote to myself is as follows:

This packet was intended to source minimally from private channels, and instead relies almost entirely on publicly-available sources. Most questions require at least some knowledge of the forums, although some will require the Discord, ILQBM, Quizpolling Purposes, and real life. While bonuses generally have 3 related parts, those parts may not differentiate well between easy/medium/hard.
