Fall Recent Events Challenge, week of Sept. 28

Post by bdavery » Tue Sep 15, 2015 10:24 am

Avery Enterprises announces our annual Fall Recent Events Challenge, which will take place during the week starting Mon. Sept. 28.

If you've played before, the rules haven't changed. We have schools from 7 states already signed up and anticipate 15-20 states total, as in previous years.

If you would like to play quizbowl against 15-20 other states without leaving your classroom, sign up today! We have both HS and MS divisions.

Rules and sign-up at

Bump... We have schools signed up now from 16 states, which is roughly what we normally get. There's still room for your team! Signup link above.

Obviously, do not sign up for this or purchase anything from Bryce Avery/Avery Enterprises.

We had schools from 21 different states. Our HS winner was Pennsylvania's West Chester East HS, with 55 of 60. Our MS winner was Georgia's South Forsyth MS, with 43 of 50.
