NAQT Collegiate Novice @ Carleton University (Sept 23, 2017)

Carleton University will be hosting a mirror of NAQT's Collegiate Novice set (#168C) on September 23, 2017. The Tournament will take place in [TBD] and teams should show up at 9:30 am, with a planned start time of 10:00 am.

Fees:
$10 per true novice
$15 per approved non-novice players

For the sake of this tournament, novice is defined as anyone who has never played a quizbowl tournament before (including at the High School level). Exceptions to this will be ruled on a case by case basis.
