ACF Regionals 2019 at Stanford, 1/26/2019

The California mirror of ACF Regionals will be held on January 26, 2019. More info about this year's Regionals can be found here: http://hsquizbowl.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=21588

Please check out that post for more information about packet submission requirements. The fee structure is as follows:

Base fee: $135 ($60 for shorthanded teams of 1 or 2 players)
Buzzer: -$5/functional system
Staffers: -$10/staffer
New to quizbowl discount: -$100

"New to quizbowl" discount is intended for schools that did not send a team to any regular collegiate academic tournament (exclusively Novice tournaments do not count) since September 2017, and have no one on the team(s) claiming this discount who played those tournaments for another school.

Congratulations to Berkeley A, our overall and UG winner! Stanford A placed second overall, and UCLA A was our D2 winner. Thanks to all the teams for coming out today, and double thanks to all of our staff for making the day possible.

We also mirrored the latest Eyes that Do Not See after the tournament. We had an upper and a lower room, with 2-3 people moving between rooms every 20 questions. Points in the upper room are weighted by 2 (30/20/-10), while points in the lower room are normal (15/10/-5).
