HARI Mirror - Georgia Tech (10/30)

The Georgia Tech Quiz Bowl Team cordially invites you to the Southeast mirror of HARI (Hari's Academic Regional Invitational). The questions are approximately two dots out of four (medium-difficulty) on Ophir's difficulty scale.

Please register formally by emailing [email protected]. We will be initially capping the field at 12 teams, possibly expanding if there is more interest.

Eligibility:
The tournament is closed, meaning that we are only allowing teams consisting of players from the same school (high school or college) to compete.

Fees:
The fees will be structured as the following (per team):

• $120 base fee

• -$10 for each buzzer set

• -$20 "new to quizbowl" (This discount is for teams composed of players who have not played a college tournament prior to September 1, 2020.)

• -$10 for each capable staffer

• -$20 for short-handed teams (1 to 2 players)

• $45 minimum fee

Rules:
Teams and staffers will be expected to adhere to the WORKSHOP Code of Conduct during the tournament. Players will be expected to wear masks, and players and staffers are highly encouraged to be vaccinated.

Further logistics will be posted closer to the tournament date.
