Please register formally by emailing [email protected] with the number of teams, buzzers, and staff your school plans to bring. We will be initially capping the field at 16 teams. The tournament is closed, meaning that we are only allowing teams consisting of players from the same college to compete.
Fees:
The fees will be structured as the following (per team):
- $120 base fee
- -$10 for each buzzer set
- -$10 if your team has to travel more than 200 miles one way, according to Google Maps
- -$15 for each capable staffer with a functional laptop
- -$60 for teams new to quizbowl (This discount is for teams composed of schools and players from those schools who have not played a non-novice college tournament prior to September 1, 2020.)
- -$60 for short-handed teams (1 to 2 players)
- The minimum fee is $45 per team.
