I think for UIUC people, this works best if its after CO, but before school starts. If you are interested in having this be before CO, let me know.

Yeah, I should have caught that earlier. This is fixed.
This could work to do a Summer Open mirror, since I believe that won't be available until August.John Ketzkorn wrote: ↑Thu Apr 11, 2019 12:46 am Seems like there's a big group for a July mirror, but I'm assuming if I asked people to settle on one weekend those votes would be split. I'm currently leaning towards August 17th-18th to have a buffer after CO. This has the benefit of giving writers more time to polish their sets and not accidentally landing on the same date as Wustl's NASAT mirror.
Why not find out by doing a July date poll, or just asking people who voted for July whether they can't make it on any specific weekends?John Ketzkorn wrote: ↑Thu Apr 11, 2019 12:46 am Seems like there's a big group for a July mirror, but I'm assuming if I asked people to settle on one weekend those votes would be split. That was my reasoning. I also assume people wouldn't want this the weekend of July 27th (for the same reasons August 10th doesn't work), so that only pushes the date earlier. Here's a poll for July so we can see what availability looks like.ryanrosenberg wrote: ↑Thu Apr 11, 2019 8:22 amThis could work to do a Summer Open mirror, since I believe that won't be available until August.John Ketzkorn wrote: ↑Thu Apr 11, 2019 12:46 am Seems like there's a big group for a July mirror, but I'm assuming if I asked people to settle on one weekend those votes would be split.
