Penn Bowl Trash?

Post by Lapego1 »

Hey, going with the running theme of things, would people playing Penn Bowl be interested in a trash tourney Sunday after Penn Bowl Saturday? We're already in the process of writing a bunch of trash, so there's no doubt a house-written trash set will be available for that day.

I'd be interested in playing in it, although I don't have plans to come to the actual Penn Bowl site.

I would be at the Penn Bowl site, and I am interested in playing.

As it's looking increasingly likely that I'm going to be living near Philly next spring, I'd be interested in both playing this (as a free agent) and moderating for Penn Bowl, if y'all need people.

UPDATE: I should definitely be able to do both of these, barring some crazy circumstance.

To whomever it may concern, please contact me (alkrav at umich dot edu) about perhaps mirroring this tournament at ACF Winter (or at least at the Michigan site). Thank you!

Is this ever going to be officially announced? I would like to play if it happens, but I'd have to assemble a team and all to do so, and would like to start looking into that.

We'll have the packets but right now, it seems we're lacking interest (going solely off what I see in this thread). Are there other people who're wanting to play (at the Penn site)? I need to know soon so I can make the appropriate room reservations.

We'll go ahead with this. If anyone wants to mirror this with their ACF Winter the weekend before (or at a Penn Bowl mirror), we will tentatively have it done by then. E-mail padt-at-dolphin-dot-upenn-dot-edu if interested.

I would like to play at this tournament, and I'm pretty sure that all of my teammates from the previous day do not want to join me. Thus, I declare myself a free agent for this and will accept any offer to join an existing team or to play with whatever other free agents might exist for this. Email me at david dot letzler at gmail if you're interested.

So Brice Russ and I, it seems, are going to be playing as a team at this. Anyone else want in as our other two?

UD: Is bringing a team to Penn Bowl, may (probably) will bring a team to a trash event should it be held.

I am definitely interested in a trash mirror in Michigan a day after its ACF Winter now that I feel on a roll after trash tourneys at Minnesota in October and Illinois in November. Would Rebecca Golden and John Kilby, two of my teammates from the last ABD after the MLK Open, be willing to rejoin my team?

Pitt will no doubt be interested in sending a few teams to the hypothetical U. Michigan mirror.
