Spring Offensive History Doubles
This is just a quick FYI that I have begun the process of writing another all-history tournament. Like Guns of August and July Crisis, this one covers all three of US/Europe/World. It will consist of 10 packets of 20/20. Since it is almost certainly the last subject tournament I will ever edit, my modest goal is for it to be the finest history subject tournament ever written.
I'm posting this ridiculously early for two reasons:
(1) I need to find a host;
(2) I want to give people who want to help me the opportunity to do so during the summer or fall when they may be less busy.
I plan on finishing this tournament at some point before ACF Nationals. Because of this, and because my all-history tournaments generally have a name that involves the time of year in which they are played, I'd like to latch on to a post-Nationals tournament. I would be particularly interested in an HSNCT side event slot, or a PACE NSC side event slot.
Obviously, if you have the power to give out side event slots to these two tournaments, I would like to talk to you.

Now that RMPFest is done, I am working on this. Still interested in people willing to write.

If this is at PACE, I'd be happy to help out in whatever capacity.

Re: Spring Offensive History Doubles
My understanding is that this could happen at HSNCT, but only if there is no Gaddis 3. If it occurs at NSC, it would probably be on the Monday after NSC like the Emergency was.
If neither of those work it might be at CO or VCU Open or even thereafter. I am committed to finishing this before ACF Nats, but am willing to sit on it for a while to make sure it gets played at the right event/with the right field.

Re: Spring Offensive History Doubles
Especially if this ends up being played at NSC, I'd be happy to write some American history for this (if it ends up at HSNCT, I may be more inclined to play it instead, but we'll see). I'm not 100% sure I could get stuff done before Nats, though.

I believe Jonathan has said that he won't be producing a Gaddis 3.Whig's Boson wrote:My understanding is that this could happen at HSNCT, but only if there is no Gaddis 3.

I'd be willing to write a few questions for this.

Another possible venue for this is the ICT (for instance, on Saturday after the tournament ends).

I hope this takes place at NSC, as much as I would like to contribute questions I wish to play this instead
