If there promises to be a question on Bhangra I'll play. If not, I can offer to staff, depending on when exactly this is going to be run.

I have "convinced" my teammates from last year to play again in this, so as it was in 2009, so shall it be in 2010 with myself, Michael Kearney, Chris Hendry, and Megan Clancy

I seem to have neglected to post my availability as a free agent for this event. If a team needs a classic movie, classic TV, & baseball history player in particular, that would be my best fit.

So it is now looking more likely that I will be teamed up with Frank and Trevor Davis, with Mik being a long shot to make it. The criteria for a fourth still stands for those interested in the spot.

An observation and a solicitation:

(1) I'm pretty bad about keeping track of the field and such for this. I'll try to go through and update everything, but not until after I get back from CULT.

(2) Susan and I know nothing about video games. Anyone want to write a handful of video game questions to pepper through this tournament? That'd be coo'.

With 10 teams formed, I had better repost my free agency availability. Surely I know about film "stuff" as I have been comparing/contrasting the AFI Life Achievement Award to Mike Nichols: in-person on June 10 to TV Land Prime on June 26.

I read somewhere on a thread that the lit will follow the CO itself on Saturday, July 24 while the fine arts will follow this trash on Sunday, July 25.

I realize this is kind of late, but I would like to declare my interest in free-agent participation. I'm fairly well-rounded, and do especially good on video games and film, although sports is a weak spot for me.

Assuming Eric Mukherjee doesn't have to fly out early (and neither one of us already committed to a team, because we can't really remember), I think we're playing together and definitely looking for some teammates. Sports that aren't football and music are much appreciated, but a propensity for Jeremy Eaton-style hilarity will trump actual trash faculties.

Myself and recent Wisconsin graduate Devin West will both be playing this, and are looking for teammates.

I am very good at sports (with a special emphasis on tennis and boxing), and solid at TV. Devin has a pretty eclectic knowledge base, but I would say that he is probably best in recent movies and music. We are both above average trash players who are nowhere near as good the top players in the country. Ideally, the same should be true for our teammates. If you are interested, please e-mail me.
