This is canceled. See bottom post.

This is an announcement for a mirror of TrashMasters mirror at RIT to be held on SUNDAY February 27th, the day after we hold ACF Regionals. Room reservations may not be finalized until January, but it will likely be in Building 9 (James E. Gleason Hall), the same location as ACF Regionals.

FEES:
$80 base
-$5 Laptop (max 1)
-$10 per 200 miles
-$5 Canadian team
-$15 moderator
Minimum fee: $50

More information will be here after I am able to confirm rooms.

I thought ACF didn't allow side events.

I don't think the rules say anything about it and I know ACF tournaments have been paired with TRASH Regionals in the past, so I don't think there's any of that sort of precedent.

1. This is a wholly separate tournament on a different day.
2. Nothing on the ACF website says anything related to this.

If I were you I'd find a better tournament to mirror. This one was not good.

I'd suggest Penn Bowl Trash, which has received good reviews in the past.

Are you speaking about Trashmasters in general or this particular tournament?

This tournament is canceled. RIT officially starts break on that Sunday and our team would be responsible for paying facilities to be there to open the classrooms and "supervise". It is cost prohibitive ($60/hour).
