Right Triangle Open, March 3, 2012

Announcing the 9th Right Triangle Open to be held at Raleigh Charter High School on March 3, 2012.

First team $60
Additional teams $50
$10 working buzzer discount (max 2 per school)

The format will be tossup/bonus only this year though the set will still be written in-house. Prelims will be swiss-paired by computer; playoff format TBD.

Thanks again for the tournament, Eric. We're assuming RCHS will keep up this level tourney in the future, and RTHS will follow in a couple of years. The stats at this point appear to both show the morning rounds, by the way.

Thanks for putting on this tournament, it was great fun (especially the trash round.) Surprisingly beating Cave Spring ruined the rest of our day, and the Swiss Pairings subsequently paired us with the other best teams almost every round thereafter. Overall, it was a good day, regardless of the outcome.
