A possible spring tournament

I'm thinking about running a Manu-like tournament next spring, to fill the time between ACF regionals and nationals. Before committing to anything, I want to get a better sense of how many people would be interested in attending. So, could you email me 1) if you would come to Chicago for such a tournament, and 2) whether you would prefer a tournament entirely written by me, or a packet-submission tournament.
