At the prompting of HSAPQ, I think Mass. should start thinking about a NASAT team. Saumil has said he's willing to arrange tryouts at the 2/27 tournament at MIT if there's enough interest, and I wouldn't mind coaching (to an extent) any substantive team. If people are willing to center this around Boston, I'd also be willing to arrange practice rooms at Harvard.
People should post here if they're at all interested, or if they have other NASAT-related ideas. I don't know how Mass. arranged teams in previous years; might be a good place to start.

I'm interested and I'm sure the rest of Lexington's A Team is as well, although money is a concern.

Any word on the format of the tryout and the set that it will use?

Re: Massachusetts NASAT Team
At the prompting of HSAPQ, I think it's a good time to start discussing costs, and whether there's any way around them. From my perspective, this is the biggest talking point--simply whether or not a team will go, based solely on whether the money can be found. Frankly, I think people will definitely have to pay out of pocket, and the only question is how much.
It would be nice to hear how much of a roadblock this is for people, and any ideas for fundraising.
