I'm pleased to announce Medical School, The Postscript (MSTP) to be run sometime in the summer of 2019. I'm graduating and I have to take another board exam, so I can use this opportunity to foist a bunch of questions on the public. The tournament will consist of 8-10 packets, tossups only, drawn entirely from medicine and medicine-adjacent topics. There will be powers, and possibly a more complex point scheme if I feel like it.
The distribution will be:
1 IM (Cards + Pulm)
1 IM (ID/Allergy/Immunology)
1 IM (Solid and liquid onc)
1 IM (GI + Nephro)
1 IM (Endo)
1 IM (Heme)
1 IM (Rheum)
2 Neuro
2 Peds
2 OBGYN
1 Psych
1 EM + Anesthesia
1 Optho/ENT
1 Derm
1 Urology/Ortho
1 Other
1 History
My internal difficulty scale for this tournament is as follows:
1 - ACF Fall
2 - ACF Regionals
3 - ACF Nationals
4 - CO
5 - Med School Only
Every effort will be made to introduce harder clues for easier answers whenever possible, to increase the tournament's playability.
Looking forward to seeing this played.

This is still happening (I have all the answers picked out) but will probably be postponed to 2019, after Lederberg 3
