Hello everyone! This is the re-announcement of MacVanity 5!

Sorry for the late announcement! It is August 11th on the second floor of MUSC at McMaster. #9am as always is the time we are looking to start. We will be mirroring Erik Nelson’s SNICK after the main event has been done for 10$ per player (pending Erik's approval).
To register, email me at [email protected] or message me on facebook. If you are writing a pack, send it to my previously mentioned email by Friday evening at the latest. The price will be 80$ per team with a pack/160$ per team without a pack. Discounts: $5 discount for working buzzers; $5 discount per 300km travel one-way;

Did you just announce a packet submission tournament less than a week before it's scheduled? Unless the date is a typo, this strikes me as rather unreasonable.

This tournament was originally scheduled for June, but had to be postponed due to scheduling issues moving the dates of other tournaments. So most of us who wanted to write for this had a couple months notice.
