2020 LIT at UT Austin (Postponed)

I am pleased to announce that main site of Longhorn Invitation Tournament (LIT 2020) will be held at UT Austin on Saturday, March 14th, 2020. I will be the tournament director for this tournament. Please direct any questions about this site to me at [email protected].

Location:
The tournament will take place in Mezes Hall, with team check-in beginning at 8 in Mezes 1.102 and gameplay beginning at 9.

Eligibility and Team Formation:
This tournament is a closed tournament, so rosters are restricted to college and high school teams from the same school. This tournament is primarily for closed college teams, since local high school teams are encouraged to play this set at Texas Invitational on March 28th if at all possible. Any high school team unable to attend TI can still request to play this site with my permission.

Rules:
This tournament will follow ACF’s official gameplay rules.

Registration:
To register, please email myself at [email protected] with 1) your team name and number of teams, 2) the number of buzzers 3) staffers with laptops you will be bringing, and 4) whether you traveled more than 200 miles one-way (only for teams from one same school).

Fees:
Base fee: $125
Buzzers: –$10 per functional system
Staffers: –$10 per staffer with functional laptop
Travel: –$10 per 200 miles traveled one-way
Minimum fee per team is $75.

Due to conflicts with several schools' spring breaks, our main site of LIT is being postponed. We will look into later dates, in particular the weekend after ACF Nationals, and update this post once we've decided on an alternative.
