The 2021 Jesse Brown Small School Showcase

Post by Scottietodd »

Hello everyone,

The Kentucky Quiz Bowl Alliance is excited to announce the 2nd Annual Jesse Brown Small School Showcase, which will be held virtually this year on Saturday, January 30th, 2021. This tournament is a free event and is by invitation only. Schools that are invited include past participants in the SSNCT, schools with a tradition of playing quiz bowl, or schools that are included by simple outreach. All schools that participate in the JBSSS must meet the NAQT definition for a Traditional or Public small school. If you are interested in more details about the Jesse Brown or in being included in this year's JBSSS, see information at the bottom of the thread.

The JBSSS will play using NAQT IS - 199, will have powers and negs but no bouncebacks.
The tournament will be played using ZOOM (or another platform TBD) and buzzin.live
