Code for PACE NSC live stats

Over the past few years, I have made a live stats page for the PACE NSC (and lately ACF Nationals), and while it had been mostly hurriedly thrown together code that should never see the light of day, I've finally done enough refinements of this such that it's probably good enough to share. I don't plan on using this for anything outside of national tournaments, there's a lot of hardcoded stuff in there, and there's a lot of various things about it I'm not fond of, but it still (mostly) works and I'm sure an enterprising person could make good use of it for their own events.
