Planetfall @ Harvard (3/2/2024)

I am pleased to announce that Harvard will be hosting a mirror of Planetfall (viewtopic.php?p=398329), a high school regs set, on March 2, 2024.

Logistics:
The tournament will be held in Sever Hall in the Harvard Yard. Registration will open at 8:15am, and gameplay will begin at 9am following an 8:45am opening meeting. The exact format will depend on the number of teams registered, but teams can expect 8-10 games with a lunch break.

Fees:
The tournament fee structure is as follows:
$90 for the first team from each school
$70 per subsequent team
-$5 per functioning buzzer system
-$15 per experienced moderator

To register, email [email protected]. Please include "Harvard Planetfall Registration" in the email subject, and specify where you are from, the number of teams you would like to bring, and any relevant discounts. Registrations are not complete until we respond in some fashion saying so!

If you are in the Northeast area, and interested in staffing, email us at [email protected]; please include "Harvard Planetfall Staff" in the email subject, and specify if you are staffing independently or would like to help provide a discount for a participating team.
