I am pleased to announce that the University of Oklahoma will be hosting an in-person mirror of Booster Shot on March 9th! I, Zac Bennett, will be the tournament director. The tournament will take place at 601 Elm Street, Norman, OK, 73019.

Registration and Fees:

The fee structure for this tournament will be as follows:

Base Registration Fee: $110 per team
Staff Discount: - $20 per staffer (with laptop; max two per team)
Buzzer Discount: -$10 per working set
Travel Discount: -$10 per 200 miles traveled one-way
Shorthanded Discount: -$40 for teams of two or fewer players (can only apply to one team per school)

To register for this tournament, please email me at [email protected] with the number of teams you would like to register and a list of staff/equipment you plan to bring. The preliminary field cap for this tournament is eight teams.

This mirror is going to be in-person. I'm still working to confirm room reservations before I list the exact building we'll be in, at which point I'll update the post with that information. Sorry for the confusion.

We’re at seven teams with one week to go, and as it stands we’re going to close the field at seven. Any further teams who wish to sign up in the next week will need to bring with them a reading-capable staffer.

I’ve already contacted all teams that have registered about invoices - if you haven’t received that email, please let me know ASAP. Logistics information will be sent out towards the end of the week.
