We are pleased to announce the fourth edition of ARCADIA (A Regs-minus Carolina And Duke Invitational of Academia). We are targeting 2.5 dots on Ophir’s difficulty scale and aiming to limit the amount of overshooting this time around. Our set will be written primarily by current members and alumni of quizbowl teams in North Carolina’s Research Triangle.

We plan to be ready for mirrors starting in mid-to-late November 2024, and we plan to allow mirrors through the end of January/beginning of February 2025.

We are producing 13 packets of 20/20, plus tiebreakers. Tossups and bonuses will be capped at 825 characters, however 75% of bonuses will total less than 800 characters and we will make a concerted effort to cut non-essential length. Our distribution and editing team are as follows:
