Booster Shot - 2 Dot, Spring 2024

I am very excited to announce Booster Shot, a spiritual sequel to MRNA I and II. The set will be head edited by me, Erik Christensen, and Jacob O’Rourke will be doing set logistics. The set will be subject edited by the following team:

The set will consist of 14 packets of 20/20 targeting 2 dot difficulty, similar to ACF winter and aiming to be a smidge easier than mRNA 1 and 2. Tossups will be capped at 8 lines (soft capped at 7 lines before bolding for power) in an effort to control length, and bonus length will be closely monitored.

We are still recruiting writers to add to our team! Anyone looking to try writing for a housewrite set and make the next step from pack submission should consider applying. We ask for 2 sample questions, with at least one being original material written specifically for this tournament. Otherwise we have only minimal expectations of experience. We are currently aiming for mirrors to be available in all regions beginning on February 24, 2024, with an open playtest mirror run shortly before this date.
