WORKSHOP at Georgia Tech (3/5)

I am pleased to announce that the Southeast site of 2022 WORKSHOP will be hosted by Georgia Tech on Saturday, March 5th, 2022.

The tournament will take place in-person (specific location will be known closer to the tournament date).

Registration:
Register by emailing me at [email protected]. Please indicate the number of teams and the names staffers you intend to bring. We will set an initial field cap at 12 teams. Please register by March 1.

Fees:
The fees will be structured as the following (per team):

• $120 base fee

• -$10 for each buzzer set

• -$20 "new to quizbowl" (This discount is for teams composed of players who have not played a college tournament prior to September 1, 2020.)

• -$10 for each capable staffer

• -$20 for short-handed teams (1 to 2 players)

• $50 minimum fee

The minimum fee is $45 per team. We will accept payment by Venmo, PayPal, or check (though we strongly prefer check).

Rules:
Teams and staffers will be expected to adhere to the WORKSHOP Code of Conduct during the tournament. Players will be expected to wear masks, and players and staffers are highly encouraged to be vaccinated.
