South Carolina Quizbowl Organization

[Ethnic history of the Vilnius region]

Greetings,

On behalf of Thomas Ford (former quizbowl player at Aiken High and UofSC) and Darrah Densmore (quizbowl coach at Aiken High), I would like to invite any coaches in South Carolina to a call next week to discuss the founding of an organization to support the development of quizbowl in South Carolina. We believe a unifying entity at the state level will help ensure more opportunities for players, coaches, and schools to enjoy and benefit from academic competition.

We will meet on Zoom on Tuesday, February 15th at 4:00 P.M. We'll use Zoom and record it for those unable to attend.

If you would like to join the meeting or know someone who would like to join, feel free to email me at [email protected]. We look forward to hearing everyone's ideas about promoting quizbowl in the Palmetto State.
