Wilmington Charter is extremely excited to once again host our annual Charter Challenge tournament! This will be an open tournament and will be held in-person at the Charter School of Wilmington in Wilmington, Delaware. The tournament directors for this tournament will be Amogh Baradwaj, Adhi Babu, and Jeremiah Rayban.
The field cap is 20 teams, $75 per team.
It will be an NAQT tournament with an NAQT packet (Most likely IS206)

Once again, here are some basic logistics for the event (a complete logistics email will be sent to all registered teams shortly before the tournament)
LOCATION: This tournament will take place at the Charter School of Wilmington, located at 100 N Dupont Road, Wilmington, DE, 19807. Our building has three schools, and this tournament will take place almost entirely on the top floor.
LOGISTICS: We will begin registration at 8:00 AM, with a brief opening meeting around 8:45 AM. Games will begin at 9:00 AM. We will convene for lunch around 11:30 AM. Expect the tournament to finish no later than 5:00 PM.
FIELD CAP: We will have a field cap of 20 teams.
QUESTION SET: We will be using NAQT IS#206, a regular HS difficulty set
PAYMENT: We will accept payment on the day of the tournament. We will accept cash or Venmo.
Check should be made out to The Charter School of Wilmington
FOOD: We will be selling pizzas and other concessions at lunch. If you wish to order pizza, please indicate so in the google form. We will do our best to accommodate for dietary restrictions and allergies.
FEES:
- $75 for the first team
- $65 for each subsequent team
DISCOUNTS:
- $10 for each buzzer set
- $10 per 150 miles traveled (as determined by Google Maps)

UPDATE: We have cancelled Charter Challenge for 3/26. We are instead planning an online tournament to be held over Discord in mid-April. Please consider signing up for that one!
