Eric Y's SCP Packet (late Festivus submission)

Hello everyone,
I wrote a packet about the SCP Foundation that I intended to read at 2021 Festivus, but I haven't found time to finish it until now. The packet has 20 power-marked tossups, which should be gettable by the end by most people with passing knowledge of the SCP lore (though many are gettable through general knowledge as well). I am planning to read the packet on the main Discord, tentatively at 9 PM CDT next Wednesday. I'd also be happy to read it at other times and places if people who want to play can't be there.
