Online Mirror of Baseball Tournament

Post by Cheynem »

I'm posting this to see if there's interest and how much for an online reading of my 7-packet, all-tossup baseball set (mostly focusing on 1950-2000).

Format would be contingent on how much interest there is (if there's not a ton, we'll probably do a shootout of some form) and how many moderators I could find. Cost would be around $10 a person.

From what I understand, this is currently being mirrored at VCU this weekend and in August at Minnesota.

Vote on all the days you would likely play, so I can get a sense of a field.

I'll leave this up for a few more days, but looks like we're leaning more for one of the August dates.

If more than 10 people sign up, we'll do teams; otherwise, we'll do a shootout.

Unless the results really change over the weekend, this is going to be on August 12 or 13. I'll have a full announcement and sign-up info next week.

If we can get 16 people, that sets up a very convenient 8 doubles teams that can play a full round robin. If we get more or less, we'll improvise.
