Rule 7: A Quizbowl Statistics Discord Bot

I've been working on a program to aggregate stats from hsquizbowl tournaments, and a Discord bot called Rule 7 is the result.

Features

- User-added statistics through the commands /add and /add-all
- Average lifetime stats for mACF tournaments using /get-stats
- Creation of graphs plotting p/g against ppg for a given tournament
- Creation of graphs comparing the stats of two players
- Profiles to combine a player's multiple affiliations
