2023 Arcadia 3 at UC Berkeley

I am pleased to announce that UC Berkeley will be hosting a mirror of 2023 Arcadia on 12/2/23. Information about the set can be found at this link: https://hsquizbowl.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=26984.
Similar to the Penn Bowl mirror on 10/28, the tournament will take place at the Social Sciences building. The opening meeting will be at 8:45 and gameplay will begin at 9:00 am. I, Shahar Schwartz, will be tournament directing. Please direct any questions to [email protected].
In addition to our normal closed teams, we'd also like to encourage alumni in the area to sign up to play. We are still in contact with the lovely folks on the Arcadia logistics team about whether this is feasible. If you are currently attending Berkeley, Stanford, or another university with an established quizbowl program, we ask that you play with players from your university if possible.
Please officially register by 11/30 by emailing [email protected] with the following information:
a) Team name
b) Team roster
c) Number of buzzer systems (-$5 per set)
d) Number of moderators
e) A contact email and phone number
Payment: The fee for this tournament will be $100 per team. Full-time staffers will be paid $30 for the day.
