This is an announcement for two online open mirrors of TOWNS, a side event on American regional geography, culture, and history written by me, Joel Miles, and Guy Indorante.
The first mirror will be Sunday, September 15th; the second mirror will be Sunday, October 27th. Both tournaments will start at noon Central time and will probably last around 3 hours; there are 6 packets of 20 tossups each and we will play all of them. The tournaments will be doubles (teams of 2). Format is extremely TBD based on field sizes, obviously.
Registration will be $10/player. There will also be a need for staffers; if you'd like to staff, you can sign up and we'll pay you $10 for your help!
